Step 1: Consultation

A private consult with one of our providers will determine if the diVa, diVaTyte, and/or The Ahhh Shot is the right treatment for you.

During this session, we’ll discuss your health history, concerns, and aesthetic goals to tailor a personalized treatment plan just for you. Our team will provide detailed information about each option, ensuring you feel confident and informed about the best choices for your needs. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and this consultation is the first step toward achieving your desired results.

Step 2: Treatment Planning

We will create the right treatment plan for you and your unique goals.

We may prescribe you vaginal hormone cream for two weeks prior to your treatment.

This helps to prepare the tissue and enhance the effectiveness of the procedure. Additionally, we will discuss any other preparatory steps you might need to take and outline what you can expect during and after the treatment. We aim to ensure you feel comfortable and informed at every stage of your care.

Step 3: Treatment

We may perform a pregnancy test in the office on the day of treatment.

We will draw your blood for the PRP (platelet-rich plasma) that will be used following the laser and for The Ahhh Shot.
We will apply a topical numbing cream into the vaginal vault for fifteen to thirty minutes.

Your provider (one of our women physicians) will enter customized parameters specifically for your treatment into the diVa computer software.

We insert the diVa handpiece into the vaginal canal, this laser treatment will last five-eight minutes as it slowly rotates out of the vaginal canal.

Following the treatment, your topical PRP solution will be placed in the vaginal vault to promote healthy tissue and a quick recovery.

You will want to wear a thin vaginal pad following the treatment for some light discharge and possible light bleeding.

After the procedure, avoid strenuous activities for at least 48 hours for optimal healing. You can expect to resume your normal activities shortly after that, but we recommend abstaining from sexual intercourse for a week to ensure proper recovery. Our office will provide detailed aftercare instructions and answer any questions you may have to ensure a smooth and comfortable healing process.

Step 4: Follow up 

We will make a follow-up phone call the next day and also in a month to determine your progress.

What To Expect Before DiVaTyte

What To Expect During DiVaTyte

The diVaTyte treatment, like a relaxing massage, takes about ten to twenty minutes. During the procedure, you will experience a series of rapid pulses that gently warm the vaginal skin, creating a consistent sensation of warmth throughout. This painless, non-invasive treatment uses surface cooling to protect the top layer of skin, ensuring comfort and safety. Most patients report no pain or discomfort. Plus, since the treatment is non-ablative, it’s safe for all skin tones.

What To Expect After DiVaTyte

Some patients experience slight redness which should fade to normal skin color within an hour. The treatment can also cause mild swelling initially as the tissue begins to recover and rebuild.

Immediate results are uncommon – it takes time for the deeper tissue structures to rebuild. Full results can take up to four months to become apparent. DiVaTyte is a non-surgical procedure with minimal downtime; you can resume your normal activities shortly after your treatments.
